Master Bedroom: Queen-size bed (160x190 cm), en-suite bathroom with enclosed shower, and French doors to the balcony.
Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed (160x190 cm) + one single bed (80x190 cm), en-suite bathroom with enclosed shower, and balcony access.
Third Bedroom: Two single beds (can be joined to form a queen-size bed, 160x190 cm). A full bathroom with a bathtub and shower head is located just outside this room.
Living Room & Kitchen: The living room features a large, comfortable divan couch, perfect for gathering together to relax or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV (which includes some English-language channels).
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove, microwave, electric oven, and a selection of cookware and hand-painted Vietri ceramic plates—everything you need to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals.
There’s also a laundry area with a washing machine for guest use.

The cool decor, high domed ceilings and traditional stylish Vietri and terracotta tiled floor frame modern furniture and carefully chosen fabrics.The First Floor has a separate access and you enter directly into the living room which contains a fitted kitchenette with electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, 4 burner gas stove, cutlery, cookware and dishes, one Lavazza capsules coffee maker. The living room has comfortable sofa and Smart-TV connected to the Internet. The hallway connects to the 2 bedrooms. The larger bedroom has a double queen size bed (one request we can separate it and convert that in two single beds). This double bedroom has a blue tiled bathroom en-suite with enclosed shower, washbasin and toilet. The master double bedroom has a double queen size bed and provides a full bathroom next to it tiled in green and equipped with an enclosed shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet and clothes washer. This unit has a Sea View balcony only by the bedrooms. And sea view from the large window of the living room. A total of four can comfortably sleep in the First Floor at Golden Vaults; yet if a fifth person could us the living room divan; we can arrange a single bed on the comfortable divan top cushions (sized 80cm*190), at additional cost.The Second Floor consists of a small private courtyard that invites you to the front door. It is located in a tranquil setting, in the heart of Praiano, an ancient fisherman’s village situated in-between Positano and Amalfi. The village is made of clusters of small white-washed houses topped with typical domes that cling to the rocky cliffs above the sea. Now and then a “scalinatella” (a flight of steps) winds up among the houses and then goes downwards among the lemon terraces and the coastal road famous for its hairpin bends, general scariness and fantastic views. The apartment covers the entire top floor of a two-storey building and is easily reached from Piazza Moressa down a stairway of 72 steps. You enter the flat through kitchen/living area. The interior is furnished in a typical local style, pleasant and comfortable. The master bedroom, with a super kingsize bed and air conditioning unit, has a bathroom en-suite with window view of the sea and a door leading to the terrace. The second bedroom which lies behind master bedroom accessible from entrance hall also has a kingsize bed. There is no window in this bedroom but a stand up fan is provided. The local grocery/supermarket is also by Piazza Moressa, offering a great selection of local foods and wines. From Piazza Moressa, a short walk from the flat, you can catch the shuttle bus that connects Praiano to Positano (7km) and the pebble beach cove called “La Praia” which is renowned for its excellent fish restaurants and can also be reached on foot a mere ten minutes through the arterial steps. Water taxis are also available for a wonderful day out with your family or friends cruising our shimmering Mediterranean Sea. Having a car while you are a guest here will not be a problem. Free parking space is generally available on the near communal street. It is air conditioned/heated. A separated equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with wash basin, bidet, toilet and enclosed shower, hair dryer. It can therefore accommodate 2 people in its double bed; please note that we prefer not to admit children of any age. By the front door and the kitchen La Mansarda has a private open terrace with seating furniture; it is perfect to start your day with a coffee. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafés can be found at your toes. Marina di Praia is at 1.5 km and you can reach it by bus. Closest bus stop is Praiano nr 6, at 1 minutes away. Street parking is available at 400 meters, about 5 minutes’ walk. Bed linens and towels and final cleaning are included in the quote. Visitor’s tax is additional and paid at the arrival in cash. Pets are not allowed! Please note that part of the ceiling is not high (this are the last 3 meters before the sea view window and above the bed), as this is a mansard flat. Very tall guests should consider this aspect, before taking it for rent.
