The apartment is on the second floor of a small building and consists of one room with a comfortable double bed includes a sofa and a Tv. It is air conditioned/heated. A separated equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with wash basin, bidet, toilet and enclosed shower, hair dryer. It can therefore accommodate 2 people in its double bed; please note that we prefer not to admit children of any age. By the front door and the kitchen La Mansarda has a private open terrace with seating furniture; it is perfect to start your day with a coffee. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafés can be found at your toes. Marina di Praia is at 1.5 km and you can reach it by bus. Closest bus stop is Praiano nr 6, at 1 minutes away. Street parking is available at 400 meters, about 5 minutes’ walk. Bed linens and towels and final cleaning are included in the quote. Visitor’s tax is additional and paid at the arrival in cash. Pets are not allowed! Please note that part of the ceiling is not high (this are the last 3 meters before the sea view window and above the bed), as this is a mansard flat. Very tall guests should consider this aspect, before taking it for rent.

The larger bedroom has a double queen size bed (one request we can separate it and convert that in two single beds). The master double bedroom has a double queen size bed and provides a full bathroom next to it tiled in green and equipped with an enclosed shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet and clothes washer. This unit has a Sea View balcony only by the bedrooms. And sea view from the large window of the living room. A total of four can comfortably sleep in the First Floor at Golden Vaults; yet if a fifth person could us the living room divan; we can arrange a single bed on the comfortable divan top cushions (sized 80cm*190), at additional cost.The Second Floor consists of a small private courtyard that invites you to the front door. You enter the hallway that connects the rooms. It is located in a tranquil setting, in the heart of Praiano, an ancient fisherman’s village situated in-between Positano and Amalfi. The village is made of clusters of small white-washed houses topped with typical domes that cling to the rocky cliffs above the sea. Now and then a “scalinatella” (a flight of steps) winds up among the houses and then goes downwards among the lemon terraces and the coastal road famous for its hairpin bends, general scariness and fantastic views. The apartment covers the entire top floor of a two-storey building and is easily reached from Piazza Moressa down a stairway of 72 steps. You enter the flat through kitchen/living area. The interior is furnished in a typical local style, pleasant and comfortable. From Piazza Moressa, a short walk from the flat, you can catch the shuttle bus that connects Praiano to Positano (7km) and the pebble beach cove called “La Praia” which is renowned for its excellent fish restaurants and can also be reached on foot a mere ten minutes through the arterial steps. The shuttle operates from April to October. The SITA bus, which is the only public transport on this stretch of the Coast, bus stop is a short walk down from the flat, approx 400m and will take you East to Amalfi (7km)/Ravello and to the West, Positano and Sorrento.Casa Michara Praiano Casa Michara is located in the centre of Praiano in a lovely, ancient building dated 1600, right in the middle of the village hub. Here guests are within close proximity to the main bus stop, many of Praiano's restaurants and bars and the Church and the stunning square of San Gennaro. The beach of La Gavitella is only a 15 minute walk down the characteristic stone pathway, it's about 350 steps. The property features everything a traveler away from home could desire. To enjoy the beach life and all tourist attractions of the enchanting Positano, you will only need to walk down some steps on Via Monte (about 200), or, if you do not want to walk the steps, you can also get to the road level walking up 70 steps and catch the local bus to the town centre, looping Positano every 15 minutes. Staying at villa Hellen, you will spend your vacation in an authentic ancient house of Positano, located in one of the most beautiful spots of this famous village. You will have, for your private use, a lovely terrace from where your sight will embrace the whole bay of Positano, from the cliff the steeply drops down to the sea, to the beach, to the sea. Access to the lower floor via a steep ramp of steps where there is one large living room with dining area and television; on this same floor you will find a very beautiful bathroom with shower decorated with Vietri ceramic tiles and access to the terrace equipped with table and 4 chairs; at a lower floor a small garden with table and chairs.
